- Business Unit Leader, Ecology & Environment

Trinity is Business Unit Leader for the Outback Ecology group within MWH Global, and is one of the founding Outback Ecology staff members, having joined in 2000. Trinity has worked as an on-site environmental manager/advisor across a range of mining (gold, iron ore, coal, base metals) and petroleum operations (on-shore oil and gas) throughout Australia. Trinity has been involved in the development of a number of Outback Ecology's specialist services which has entailed managing projects associated with baseline biological surveys, approvals and impact assessment, auditing and compliance, mine rehabilitation and monitoring and mine closure. His recent focus has been on building the biological survey and assessment capacity of the company to meet the comprehensive baseline survey requirements for recent clients such as BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Atlas Iron, Integra Mining and Rio Tinto. |
- Principal Scientist - Technical Lead, Ecology & Environment
David is Principal Scientist and Technical Lead for the Outback Ecology group within MWH Global. Since joining Outback Ecology in 2002, David has managed projects in soil assessments, developing completion criteria, tailings rehabilitation, topsoil management, characterisation and management of mine wastes to optimise reconstructed soils, and plant uptake of metals. These projects have been exclusively for mining and oil and gas operations, including BHP Billiton (Pilbara, Olympic Dam, Nickel West), Chevron (WA Oil, Gorgon) Rio Tinto (Pilbara, Argyle), Iluka (Eneabba), and Alcoa. A recent particular focus has been developing completion criteria for major operations in the Pilbara, Kimberley, and south-west of WA. Through his former role as Director of the UWA Centre for Land Rehabilitation, David gained a broad exposure to industry liaison, research project development, project management, and training. David retains a role at UWA as Adjunct Associate Professor in Soil Science

- Business Development Executive, Ecology & Environment

Harley is Business Development Executive for the Outback Ecology group within MWH Global. In this role, his focus is on the sustainable growth of the group and its employees, promoting the highest level of client satisfaction, and maintaining a competitive and effective consultancy. His science skills focus on tailings decommissioning and mine closure. He coordinates projects across Australia in site environmental management, mine closure, tailings research and closure, waste landform design, approvals, audits and rehabilitation techniques. He has contributed to many publications and conferences and with David Tongway (formerly of CSIRO), led the adoption of Ecosystem Function Analysis as a rehabilitation assessment tool for the mining industry. Prior to forming Outback Ecology, Harley was Environmental Adviser to Dominion Mining Limited's five mine sites and head office in Perth. |
- Business Development & Growth Manager, Energy & Industry (Australia)

Peter is Business Development & Growth Manager for the MWH energy and industry business in Australia, and is responsible for integration of the Outback Ecology group into MWH Global. He undertakes this role alongside his work as a sustainability consultant for a number of clients in the resources sector. Prior to joining MWH Global in 2011, Peter served in a variety of leadership and consulting roles, including Executive Director of his own corporate advisory firm. Peter also worked as a Director for Domain Capital and a Consultant for Boston Consulting Group following a sporting career which saw him lead the AFL Players’ Association as Executive Director after serving as Captain of the Fremantle Football Club.
Peter also currently serves as Non-Executive Director for The Water & Carbon Group.
